Kroesch Road bridge closure:

November 27, 2017: The Kroesch Road bridge is scheduled to close November 27, 2017 – 2019. This will allow for the new I-69 expansion to be built.

I-69 southbound nightly lane closure:

October 30, 2017: TXDOT will have a nightly lane closure on I-69 southbound between Rabbs Bayou and Fm 762. This closure is to allow the contractor to set panels on the south bound main lane bridge. The closure will be from 9:00 pm – 5:00 am nightly beginning Monday October 30th – Monday, November 13th.

Opening Spur 10 east bound two lanes:

September 19, 2017: Beginning next week Tuesday, September 19th, Williams Brothers will be opening up the two new concrete lanes of Spur 10 East Bound from US 59 in Rosenberg to SH 36 in Pleak it will come out to 4.732 miles of new Spur 10 east bound lanes. Starting next week Tuesday, Spur 10 will have 2  concrete lanes going west bound and 2  concrete lanes going east bound from US 59 in Rosenberg to SH 36 in Pleak in Fort Bend County for 4.732 miles.

Williams Way Overpass Reconstruction:

June 2, 2017: TXDOT will be closing the Williams Way Overpass to begin the demolition and reconstruction. This will take approximately 3 months to complete. The anticipated completion date is Thursday, August 24, 2017. The detour during this closure will be as follows:

Williams Way going East – I-69 southbound to FM 762, FM 762 to I-69 northbound, exit Williams Way.

Williams Way going West – I-69 northbound to SH 99, U-Turn to I-69 southbound and exit Williams Way.

SH 36 lane closure at I-69 (US 59) bridge:

March 31, 2017:  Williams Brothers will begin the next phase on the SH 36 bridge at I-69 (US 59) on Friday, March 31, 2017. In this phase, the public will lose one southbound lane on SH 36 under the bridge. This will continue until the bridge work is completed. There will be two lanes under the bridge going south, the left lane will have mandatory left lane turns. The lane next to the mandatory left turning lanes will be an option lane.

Street Reconstruction:

FM 529 and Junker Road closure:

March 6, 2017: Junker Road will be closed permanently beginning March 6, 2017. Union Pacific will be adding an additional railroad track to the existing two tracks. Since there will now be three tracks at the intersection of Junker Road and Spur 529, the trains could potentially cause further delays for drivers Union Pacific has decided to close the intersection permanently.

I-69 (US 59) frontage road between Isleib and Cottonwood Church Road:

January 26, 2017: The I-69 (US 59) frontage road between Isleib Road and Cottonwood Church Road will no longer be two-way traffic; the public will only be allowed to go north on the frontage road.

TXDOT will be closing the southbound, middle lane,  crossover at Cottonwood Church Road on 1-26-17 and it will remain closed until I-69 (US 59) main lanes are built in that area. As of now the northbound crossover for Spur 529 will remain open.

I-69 (US 59) entrance ramp before SH 36:

The northbound entrance ramp on I-69 (US 59) (right before SH 36) is closed and will be closed for nearly a year. Traffic will be moved to the shoulder and the new ramp will be built in the next phase.
