The Annual National Night Out in Texas will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 6pm to 9pm.
The National Night Out Campaign is a unique crime/drug prevention event in which Rosenberg and over 10,000 communities from all over the United States participate. The local campaign is sponsored by the Rosenberg Police Department (RPD) with the assistance of the local community, and is designed to increase crime and drug prevention awareness, strengthen neighborhood and police community partnership and to inform criminals that as a neighbor and a community, we are fighting back.
Communities celebrate National Night Out by having block parties, cookouts, parades, contests, youth programs and visits from local police, fire, and sheriff’s departments.
If you’re interested in hosting a neighborhood event, please complete the form below, and someone from Rosenberg Police will contact you. The deadline for applications is September 15, 2017. Get your application in before the deadline and you will be eligible for a drawing where a RPD officer delivers 10 Pizzas to your block party.
