Citizen Relations

For after-hours emergency service requests, please contact the Rosenberg Police Department at 832-595-3700.

Responding to our citizens is a vital part of our everyday activities at the City of Rosenberg. To help better accomplish this goal, the City implemented a staff position, Citizen Relations Coordinator, to manage requests and concerns.

The Citizen Relations Coordinator receives citizen inquiries and concerns and routes them to the correct City Department. The Citizen Relations Coordinator aims to serve the citizens by being a "one-stop" system for inquiries and requests. Our citizens are given the opportunity to express their concerns with the assurance that they will be responded to and handled in a timely, appropriate manner.

If you have an issue, concern, or question about City services, we encourage you to contact the Citizen Relations Coordinator at 832-595-3301, or by visiting City Hall during office hours. For after-hour non-emergencies, you may leave a voicemail.
