The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Division is a member of the Community Development Department though we serve all City departments and citizen requests involving geographic data and mapping.
The GIS Department responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Digital and Print Cartographic Presentation
Data Analysis, Collection, Creation, Distribution, Maintenance, and Storage

To aid in the achievement of these responsibilities the GIS department utilizes:
Enterprise level SQL database
Epson T7270D large format plotter with scanner
ESRI products such as:
ArcGIS for Desktop
ArcGIS for Server
Trimble R2 GPS Antenna
Bad Elf GNSS Surveyor GPS Antenna
