Responding to our citizens is a vital part of our everyday activities at the City of Rosenberg. To help better accomplish this goal, the City implemented a staff position, Citizen Relations Coordinator, to manage requests and concerns.
The Citizen Relations Coordinator receives citizen inquiries and concerns and routes them to the correct City Department. The Citizen Relations Coordinator aims to serve the citizens by being a “one-stop” system for inquiries and requests. Our citizens are given the opportunity to express their concerns with assurance that they will be responded to and handled in a timely, appropriate manner.
If you have an issue, concern, or question about City services, we encourage you to contact Joan Pippenger, Citizen Relations Coordinator at (832) 595-3301, or by visiting City Hall located at 2110 4th Street from 7:30 a.m., to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, or 8:00 a.m., to 5:00 p.m., Friday. For after-hour non-emergencies, you may leave a voice mail at the above number.
