Flood Resources and Information

DEBRIS PICKUP

Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management will be picking up storm debris 3 different days, starting on May 20. The county will notify residents of the dates before each pickup. Residents are asked to separate their flood debris by category: vegetative debris, construction debris, appliance and white goods debris, and household/hazardous waste debris. Storm debris should be placed in the right of way by the curb. Non-Storm Debris will not be picked up at the same time, county officials said. Likewise, debris will not be picked up from private streets or gated communities. For more information, visit www.fbcoem.org. The website also allows property owners to report their damage.
