Harvey Mosquitoes

Update 10/18/2017:
Mosquito spraying has been reduced to once weekly on Wednesday nights.

Mosquitoes breed in standing water. And we have no shortage of that. More than just an annoyance, mosquitoes can carry disease and cause problems, especially for pregnant mothers. There’s no need to panic, this doesn’t mean you’re in imminent danger. It DOES mean that you should be aware of the situation so you can take extra precautions to protect you and your family.

The City of Rosenberg has you covered!

We will be spraying twice a week for mosquito control starting on Saturday, September 2, 2017 and continuing as long as it is necessary to keep the mosquitoes under control. To get things started, we will be spraying half the City starting September 2nd and the other half on September 3rd. Then, we will be spraying every Saturday and Wednesday.
