All participants must complete and return a Registration Form and Liability Waiver [PDF] prior to participation in any class/program. Visit the Rosenberg Civic Center, 3825 Highway 36 South, Rosenberg, to register during regular business hours Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Registration fees may be paid with cash, check or credit/debit card. Please note that a 3% service fee will be added on to all credit/debit card payments.

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis. In some instances, class/program sizes may be limited, so register early. Conversely, some classes/programs may be subject to cancellation based on lack of attendance, therefore pre-registration is imperative. In the event of class/program cancellations, full refunds will be issued. If you withdraw from a program prior to the start date, a refund will be issued. However, if you withdraw once a class/program has started, no refunds will be allowed. Registrations occurring after a course’s start date, as well as pro-rated fees, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
