Union Pacific Rail Road has scheduled to close the 3rd Street crossing at Walnut Avenue this Friday, November 4, 2022, from 3 A.M. to 10 A.M. for repair to the crossing panels. During this time 3rd Street will be closed to thru traffic at Avenue F and at Avenue D.
